  Very professional and very thorough home inspection by the inspectors (Ed and Dan). The report was excellent, timely (within 24 hours), and contained color photos to ensure that anyone reviewing the report knew exactly where and what in the home the report was referring to. Most importantly, the inspectors summed up their findings and put it in perspective for the potential home buyer. This was done both in the report and on-site. I feel confident that I know what needs to be addressed before I purchase the home, and what I need to do (and in what priority) afterwards. This inspection team was highly recommended by someone who has experience with home inspection teams, so my expectations of the results were high. The experience exceeded that. I would highly recommend this company.
