  The ultrasound tech we dealt with for my mother's ultrasound was extremely rude to my mother for not understanding. She resorted to speaking to her as if she was deaf. After complaining to the manager, all we got in response was that he knew the tech so well and she couldn't possibly have done what we were saying. Completely dismissed our complaint. Never going back!
