  What I like most about service by Ditmire Motorworks is that you receive an accurate assessment of the problem, timely intervention, and a cost-effective measure for which to resolve the problem. I have shopped around before and tried to cut corners on the budget whenever possible, but you don't have to do that with Ditmires. They will tell you step by step what they diagnosed as the issues with the car, what might be needed in the future, and what has to be addressed for safety, right now. The quotes on price have been fair and the estimated time for delivery in order to get me back in the car has always been on time. I appreciate the staff, service, and professionalism of Ditmire Motorworks. Some people, I suspect, get intimidated by the Mercedes label thinking that they can't fix any other cars, or that the cost will not be affordable. With Ditmires, you get an accurate assessment before the labor is started so that the power is in the hands of the consumer. Ditmires wants to keep the customers pleased so that they make this shop their go-to. I can tell you that I've had a Chrysler, Dodge, and now a Mercedes that get serviced at this shop because I can depend on the quality and affordable price. Thank you to Ditmires for being honest, fair, and affordable!
